Kristi Capuano has worked from the bottom up in the family businesses. She started with SOS Limited and CapCar Limited when she was 15 years old as a Messenger on summer and winter breaks. Through the years Kristi continued to take on bigger roles and more responsibilities. She attended Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, then accepted a full-time position with SOS where she trained under Heidi Capuano and Maryanne Scott. Kristi later moved to California to be with her husband while he served in the military. While living in California and then Oklahoma Kristi acquired invaluable experiences. Kristi and her husband moved back to Bermuda and began working at Bermuda Custom Mechanical (BCM). While employed with BCM, Kristi took on many responsibilities outside day-to-day operations. This gave her the opportunity to strengthen her Human Resources and Immigration skills. During this time, she developed her own management style which she found to have the most success - complementing her bubbly, friendly and enthusiastic personality with this small and diverse team of employees. In this role of Office Manager, Kristi gained additional knowledge and confidence to take the next step in her career. In October 2017, Kristi returned back to SOS Limited as the Operations Manager where she is running the company with a new vision, a new team and the same upstanding principles that her grandfather: Paul Card, her aunt: Heidi Capuano and her father: Barry Capuano used while managing SOS Limited during their time as leaders.
